Native Oz Cuisine is an innovative Australian Indigenous owned business which is a manufacturer and distributor of Australian Native Cuisine and the only distributor and manufacturer of fully prepared meals with Australian Indigenous ingredients. Native Oz Cuisine is operated by husband and wife team, Greg and Malan Dimopoulos in Frankston, south east of Melbourne, Victoria. Malan is a Yorta Yorta, Wemba Wemba and Gunditjamara woman and has a great passion for her culture and for the Indigenous Australian foods that her ancestors have lived off for the past 50,000 years. Greg has been in the hospitality industry for 15 years and was interested in exploring the use of Indigenous Australian foods within modern cuisine.
